RG ratings are for a pin placement in the leverage position (halfway between the bowler's PAP and 90 degrees to the PAP).
MASS BIAS RATINGS - mass bias of .001 refer to symmetric, pin-out core designs.  Mass bias in excess of .004 refer to asymmetric, level 3 offset mass bias core designs.
*To return to original factory finish, sand to 800 grit.  Then polish with Ebonite Powerhouse Factory Finish Polish.

Flare potential is directly related to the amount of Rpm's supplied by the bowler.  Low RPM bowlers will have less than maximum flare potential.
Length refers to the point at which the ball transitions from skid to hook (the Breakpoint). This is measured with the factory applied (out of the box) surface.
Overall Hook refers to total amount of hook, from release to the pins.  Higher hook ratings are preferred for heavy oil and faster ball speeds.
Breakpoint Angle refers to the shape of the transition between skid and hook when the ball encounters friction.  Lower numbers signify a smoother curve, more controllable.  Higher numbers signify a more abrupt change in direction, more "flip", more energy release in the backends.
NOTE:  These ratings are a comparative analysis between the balls in Ebonite's product line, not a quantitative distance or amount of boards covered.
To maintain maximum performance, we recommend cleaning the surface of your ball with Powerhouse Ball Scrubs or Energizer Cleaner prior to competition.
For maximum length, polish ball first with Ebonite Powerhouse Extender Polish, then use Factory Finish Polish as the finish coat.
